Booking and Permits
We’re thrilled to host motorhomes at La Bailloterie. To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these guidelines:

  • Your motorhome or towing vehicle should not exceed a width of 2.31m (excluding mirrors/indicators).
  • Motorhomes should not surpass a length of 9.45m.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will provide you with a permit. You’ll need one copy for presentation at the harbour and the other should be prominently displayed on your windscreen.

While exploring the island, remember to return to the campsite each night.

Visiting motorhomes are welcome for a maximum duration of one month.

Please ensure you have your permit ready for presentation at the port of departure and upon arrival in Guernsey.

Please note, we do not accept caravans at La Bailloterie.

Directions from the Harbour:

  1. Take the 3rd exit at the main roundabout with the mast on it.
  2. Head North on the coast road towards St Sampson’s.
  3. Continue on the coast road, passing through the industrial area with tanks and light industry.
  4. Proceed through St Sampson’s with the marina on your right at the mini roundabout.
  5. Keep straight on with Creasey’s Shop on your right.
  6. At the T-junction with Iceland on your right and Freelance garage on your left, turn left onto Braye Road.
  7. Travel approximately 0.5 miles, passing Braye Road garage on your right.
  8. On the left, you’ll see a wide entrance to a small light industrial site (VWT and BRETON), and opposite there are two small lanes.
  9. Take the second lane, and immediately a track opens up on the left.
  10. You’ll see a yellow motorhome sign at the beginning of the track. The camping fields are approximately 50 meters down the track on your right-hand side.
